Movers and Shakers

Mondays 9.30am - 1.00pm

This group meets on Monday mornings in term time. Our sessions start at 9.30am with refreshments followed at 10.00am by a guest speaker, a demonstration, a craft activity or a quiz. From 11.00am until noon we have a gentle exercise class, taken by a qualified instructor, and the morning comes to an end at 1.00pm after a delicious lunch.

Places are limited so please make contact before attending.

The cost of the morning is usually £7.50 but your first session is free of charge.
